Key Responsibilities

  • •Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools; continuously reassess what’s working.
  • •Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials.
  • •Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage; be the main point of contact for candidates.
  • •Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
  • •Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively—sourcing in a silo is sourcing that fails.
