Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative and operational oversight for the Branded Residences component across two properties in Montenegro, reporting to the Cluster General Manager.
  • •Establish property management strategies and SOPs to deliver brand standards, and onboard and lead the Branded Residences teams.
  • •Oversee Residential Homeowners Association (HOA) day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies; coordinate HOA meetings and general meeting.
  • •Lead brand standard front-of-house operations, maintain harmony among occupants, conduct regular property walkthroughs, and ensure preventative maintenance processes are followed.
  • •Manage rental program day-to-day operations, guest engagement and feedback, financial reconciliation, quality inspections, and recommend capital upgrades; prepare budgets and capital replacement planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Building Surveying/Hospitality/Property Management.
  • •3–5 years working in high-end or luxury mixed-use JOP/HOA/Strata developments.
  • •Applicable HOA property management qualification (or be prepared).
  • •3–5 years hospitality background and experience in luxury or boutique hotel guest services (preferred).
  • •Fluent in verbal and written English with strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/Excel).
