Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical input into electrical design deliverables for complex multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects.
  • •Prepare and produce increasingly complex engineering deliverables including single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, load schedules, MCC specifications, and control philosophies.
  • •Perform electrical calculations and equipment sizing for transformer, generator, HV/LV cables, AC UPS, and capacitor banks.
  • •Perform lighting and illumination design calculations (indoor/outdoor/street) and earthing/lightning protection calculations using Dialux or vendor tools.
  • •Lead technical design work per relevant standards, manage time/budgets to milestones, coordinate with internal and external teams, and support bid proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (M.Tech. preferred).
  • •6–10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
  • •Design electrical distribution systems for low-voltage and high-voltage systems (concept/FEED/detail design).
  • •Working knowledge of water and wastewater treatment process engineering, including pumping stations and desalination.
  • •Experience with system studies and modeling using ETAP, SKM, or Amtech, including load flow and protection-related studies.
