Job Summary

Support the Demand Planning Manager in creating and maintaining regional demand plans and forecasts for HOKA across the UK and EMEA. Partner with brand leadership, Sales, supply planning, and finance to produce accurate, launch-ready forecasts at country level. Own seasonal-to-monthly planning cycles, analyze sales by style/color/size, track forecast accuracy and bias, and coordinate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and minimize stock obsolescence risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Create demand forecasts to ensure the right product is available at the right time based on trends and demand patterns.
•Drive seasonal SKU selection and maintain demand plans for upcoming wholesale selling seasons.
•Revisit and adjust demand plans during the season to identify short-term opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders.
•Analyze sales at style, color, and size level and support forecast development with insights to Commercial and Operations teams.
•Monitor systems and reports, lead communication for innovation launch events, and track forecast accuracy, bias, and alignment to financial and inventory targets.

•Strong understanding of Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce operations.
•Experience in wholesale Demand Planning roles in the EMEA market with desirable omni-channel experience.
•Commercial awareness across Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and end consumer.
•Mathematically minded with advanced Excel skills; other European language desirable (French, German, or Dutch).
