Help Etsy’s Core Seller team grow sellers at every stage by designing user experiences for Etsy Ads. Work in a squad with product management, engineers, research, and analytics to run discovery, define experiments, and iterate toward measurable outcomes. Lead independently or direct your squad, craft easy flows and polished interactive prototypes, and influence scalable design systems. •4+ years of professional experience working in product design.
•A consistent track record of shipped work demonstrating design fundamentals (visual hierarchy, interaction design, and brand/system principles).
•Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable positive results.
•A portfolio showing end-to-end flows, polished prototypes, industry-standard interaction patterns, and effective use of design systems.
•Experience designing for native apps (iOS and Android) with familiarity with platform-specific interaction patterns.
