Key Responsibilities

  • •Own M365 architecture, standards, and engineering roadmap.
  • •Lead and manage M365 architects and senior engineers.
  • •Design and assure complex M365 change and migrations.
  • •Embed security, resilience, and compliance by design, providing senior technical escalation above the run layer.
  • •Act as design authority and approval gate for partner architecture decisions, assuring designs meet WPP security, resilience, and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert M365 architecture and engineering across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot/Copilot Studio, Power Apps/Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Defender, and Purview.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise identity platforms, specifically Okta, and guidance on conditional access, authentication flows, hybrid connectivity, and Zero Trust principles.
  • •Large-scale tenant migration and integration design at 100,000+ seat scale, including hands-on migration tools such as ShareGate or Microsoft native tooling.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting (Exchange Online Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft.Graph module) for M365 administration and deployment at enterprise scale.
  • •Microsoft 365 certification as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102, or legacy MS-100/MS-101) plus strong architecture documentation and vendor governance experience.
