Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal issues.
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping and policyholders needing changes to auto, home, motorcycle, or other policies.
  • •Build deep product knowledge to help customers navigate the app and insurance partners.
  • •Solve customer barriers by matching customers to the right coverage.
  • •Process service requests, including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
