Job Summary

Maintain and improve audio, visual, and lighting (AVL) functionality for rides and attractions within Miral Experiences’ Show Technology department. Perform daily checks, startup/closing, and preventive and corrective maintenance on AVL systems to reduce downtime and ensure guest satisfaction. Read single-line and rack elevation diagrams, test and organize cables/equipment, respond to downtime issues, and submit preventive maintenance checklists while prioritizing safety and supporting training and development.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct daily checks, startup/closing procedures, and preventive and corrective maintenance of AVL systems for rides and attractions.
•Prepare AVL systems in advance of operational hours and minimize downtime by following manufacturer preventive maintenance requirements.
•Promptly respond to and resolve downtime issues, ensuring safe and reliable operation of rides and attractions.
•Comprehend single-line diagrams and rack elevation diagrams; test, label, and organize cables/products before, during, and after installation.
•Assemble racks, install required equipment, and complete preventive maintenance checklists while attending briefings and training.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or technical vocational training in a relevant field.
•1+ years of relevant experience maintaining AVL equipment in a theme park or hospitality environment.
•1+ years installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices and components.
•Clear understanding of written and spoken English, plus primary/secondary color identification and good speaking/hearing ability.
•Extensive knowledge in one or more: projectors, QSC, Dante, show control systems, show lighting, media servers; ability to understand one-line drawings/schematics.
