Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide predictive and preventive maintenance for all lab equipment (e.g., tablet presses, blenders, mills, tablet coaters, air compressors, electrical controls).
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment throughout the pharmacy, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems.
  • •Maintain calibration/testing procedures and keep maintenance and calibration records in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • •Identify facilities issues, chart trends from predictive maintenance, and take remedial actions to improve uptime and performance.
  • •Track assets and work orders in CMMS, respond to breakdowns and emergencies, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent GED).
  • •3+ years of pharma industry experience in maintenance or engineering.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and operate advanced technical lab and pharmaceutical equipment.
  • •Knowledge of PLC systems and CMMS systems.
  • •Formal training or certification (accredited) in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC systems, or HVAC trades.
