Key Responsibilities

  • •Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and other kitchen items and maintain cleanliness of the dish room.
  • •Clean and maintain all trash bins and deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters.
  • •Keep floors clean and free of spills, food, and trash, and stay on top of daily cleaning duties.
  • •Ensure proper rotation of dishes, pots, pans, and storage bins; lift items up to 40 lbs as needed.
  • •Maintain Koko’s safety and sanitation standards, comply with health codes, assist others, and complete opening/closing duties.
