Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, serving as the single point of contact from concept through final implementation and handover to operations. Manage scope control, change management, budget and timing, and ensure quality and client satisfaction. Coordinate project teams, manage risks and issues, and provide clear stakeholder communications. Also support pre-sales by scoping and costing proposals and influencing solutions to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
•Interface with project stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to final implementation and handover to operations.
•Manage client satisfaction and escalations, acting as the single point of contact to the client.
•Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality while staying within baselined budget through scope control and change management.
•Maintain documentation and manage risks, issues, and clear communications; coordinate project team activities through task delegation or resource assignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management or related field.
•Relevant project management certification, preferably PMP.
•ITIL certification is beneficial.
•Seasoned project management experience from initiation to completion, including managing complex, urgent tasks.
•Client engagement experience and demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle, including project change management.
