Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the infrastructure knowledge expert for the Health Systems Enterprise Monitoring ecosystem and provide technical expertise to support deals and business outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with Key Account Managers on complex solution selling and translate Philips value to healthcare workflow initiatives.
  • •Support definition and control of Market 2 Order process inputs, including development of Statement of Work and VAS scope.
  • •Assist with technical customer presentations, including current/future state proposals for install base accounts, as well as RFP strategy and quotation.
  • •Partner with sales support and district sales leaders to enable balanced selling, AOP attainment, business plan development/score cards, forecasting, and competitive monitoring feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, Electronic Health Records, with capital medical sales experience or patient monitoring experience preferred.
  • •Experience with healthcare/IT technologies and EHR workflows, including Epic and Cerner.
  • •Ability to translate customer goals and workflows into strong business solution cases and provide solid documentation.
  • •Must be within 1-hour driving distance of a major airport.
  • •US work authorization is a precondition of employment; no sponsorship for work-authorized visa now or in the future.
