Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 incident and problem management support for COTS cardiovascular healthcare applications, ensuring timely SLA restoration and root-cause analysis for recurring issues. Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and coordinate patching and upgrades. Support controlled change and release activities with impact analysis and rollback planning while partnering with business users, IT, and vendors. Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and healthcare compliance documentation (e.g., HIPAA).

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS cardiovascular healthcare applications while meeting SLAs and performing root-cause analysis.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; conduct maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with coordination across vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configuration, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, drive enhancements, and manage escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting Healthcare Provider domain applications and understanding hospital workflows and operational support.
•Strong incident and problem management capability, including L2/L3 troubleshooting, SLA adherence, and root cause analysis.
•Ability to monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and perform regular maintenance such as patch validation and upgrades.
•Experience with controlled change and release support, including impact analysis, validation, and rollback planning.
•Cardiovascular/diagnostic domain expertise with DICOM waveforms and device-to-system communication and data ingestion.
