Coordinate intake, assessment, monitoring, and offboarding activities to complete requirements within SLAs, provide day-to-day user support, and maintain audit-ready tracking logs, dashboards, and reports. Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve processes, while assisting with small-to-medium TPRM enhancements and user training.
