Job Summary

Build trusted long-term relationships with dental professionals in an assigned territory and drive quarterly and yearly sales quotas for Philips Oral Healthcare. Identify new opportunities, present solutions virtually through upselling and cross-selling (including Sonicare and Zoom Whitening), and create territory business plans with your supervisor. Deliver virtual Lunch and Learns using Philips “Perfect Pitch,” leveraging clinical information and customer technologies to improve practice growth and treatment plan adoption.

•Build trusted long-term customer relationships to drive brand affinity and support Philips MOR growth.
•Manage a territory of customers and prospects consultatively and match customer needs to the Philips Oral Healthcare portfolio.
•Obtain new customers and act as the sole resource in the area.
•Create territory business plans with your supervisor to identify gaps and set strategy.
•Perform virtual Lunch and Learns to introduce customers to Philips portfolio and support patient retention, acquisition, practice building, and treatment plan adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
•1+ years of inside sales, field sales, customer service, and/or relevant clinical experience.
•Experience selling dental services, service agreements, consumables, and/or healthcare selling experience (preferred).
•Excellent communication, listening, presentation, strong PC skills (MS Project, Office and Outlook), and closing skills.
•Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements for this Sales position.
