Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and monitor quality systems, materials, and product specifications in accordance with company policy and ISO standards.
  • •Maintain and oversee calibration quality systems and calibration-related processes.
  • •Develop and maintain incoming inspection work instructions and records per ISO standards.
  • •Train personnel on quality system requirements and procedures as required.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering on quality issues and corrective/preventive actions, including assisting with supplier inspection and qualification.

Salary: USD 62,500 - 89,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 3 years of related quality experience (or 3 years as an associate engineer or Quality Technician III at First Solar).
  • •Proven Quality Assurance management knowledge and experience with ISO 9001.
  • •Knowledge of internal quality audit procedures and ISO standards and procedures.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong employee relations skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel; SQL is a plus) and problem-solving using statistical methods (e.g., Six Sigma tools, SPC).
