Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and supervise drilling equipment on Jack Up rigs while complying with operational safety standards.
  • •Lead and manage the rig crew during drilling operations to achieve daily targets.
  • •Monitor well-control systems to ensure safe and effective operations and promptly resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate with rig management on planning, reporting, and maintenance coordination.
  • •Uphold compliance with OPITO, IWCF, OGUK and related certifications and proactively assess and mitigate risks during drilling and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Driller on Jack Up rigs (candidates without this will not be considered).
  • •Current and valid OPITO BOSIET / FOET certification.
  • •IWCF Level 4 (Well Control) certification.
  • •OGUK medical certificate.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusion, plus solid knowledge of drilling safety and well-control strategies.
