•Provide client experience by greeting customers and processing basic transactions, while completing service requests and opening consumer/business accounts.
•Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services and use available resources to optimize the client experience with accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Ability to use and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies, and make recommendations that meet customer needs.
