Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
  • •Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
  • •Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families.
  • •Coordinate, publicize and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
  • •Use virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication (web-based, secure online chat, video-based) as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required (or combination of education and work experience may be considered).
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
  • •Must have one of the following certifications: AFC, CFP, or ChFC.
  • •Be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.
