Job Summary

Lead and oversee IT projects from planning through delivery, keeping work on track for scope, schedule, and budget. Own project governance across requirements traceability, quality, cost, schedule, risk, and knowledge management, while capturing and analyzing project performance metrics. Develop IT project plans, align technical activity to the organizational IT roadmap, support enterprise IT portfolio management, and coordinate with federal stakeholders on ROI and KPIs.

•Plan, organize, direct, and control overall IT project activities including schedule, cost, risk, quality, and knowledge management.
•Capture and analyze project metrics through program and project exhibits to assess overall IT contract performance.
•Develop and deliver IT project plans with tasks, milestones, resources, costs, and status updates.
•Collaborate with Federal oversight IT Program/Task Managers on technical approaches, level-of-effort estimations, ROI analysis, and KPIs.
•Lead knowledge management practices across development, operations, and maintenance to improve IT service delivery cycles; support enterprise IT portfolio management planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years managing IT contract performance.
•Proven experience in IT project management, including planning, execution, and oversight.

•Experience with enterprise IT portfolio management and IT lifecycle planning.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar field; PMP certification; Top Secret or Q clearance required.
