Key Responsibilities

  • •Support feasibility studies and produce procurement reports.
  • •Create and present cost plans, including estimating and cost planning.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement, including pre-qualification and post-contract variances.
  • •Take responsibility for cost checks and valuations on larger projects to ensure timely, accurate outputs.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, contribute to value engineering, negotiate final accounts, and interface with clients and consultants at all stages.

Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • •Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • •Good knowledge of construction, ideally from a Main Contracting or PQS background.
  • •An outgoing, collaborative approach with a strong interest in real estate and construction.
