•Drive compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle best practices.
•Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
•Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
•Collaborate with Baystate Health and Huron leadership to resolve escalated issues and maintain a seamless patient experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting
•1–2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
•Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows

•Ability to be onsite at Baystate Health's facilities in Springfield, Massachusetts is required
