Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and diagnose issues using data from many makes/models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Order parts, assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle when traveling.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and follow OSHA requirements when knowledgeable (preferred).
