Job Summary

Lead complex logistics supportability analyses and provisioning data for assigned products within the Life Cycle Engineering organization. Perform advanced spares analyses to shape hardware availability strategies across programs, and partner with chief engineers, program directors, and program managers to influence sustainment and lifecycle decisions. Support proposal development (BOE creation, cost rationale, logistics work package planning), drive process improvements, and mentor lower-level logistics professionals. Onsite role with up to 10% travel.

•Perform advanced spares analyses and influence hardware availability strategies across multiple programs.
•Partner cross-functionally with chief engineers, program directors, and program managers to shape sustainment and lifecycle decisions.
•Apply advanced logistics principles to develop program-level strategies, plans, and recommendations.
•Support proposal development (BOE creation, cost rationale, logistics work package planning) and contribute to process improvements/mentoring as needed.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience with one or more of: data analysis, data collection, logistics, Engineering Documentation, Configuration Management (CM), or Product Data Management (PDM).
•Experience with technical data package areas (drawings, parts lists, electrical schematics) and generating/interpreting parts lists, system drawings, and/or logistics plans.
•Experience with spares analysis and spares list development (Poisson-based statistical analysis, OPUS Suite, or similar tools).
•Experience performing Level of Repairability Analysis (LORA) using COMPASS and/or OPUS, and developing/maintaining Logistics Management Information (LMI) per MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-PRF-49506.
