Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in defining scope, approach, and engagement-specific risks and procedures for internal audit engagements.
  • •Prepare workpapers, obtain audit evidence, and perform audit procedures for financial audits.
  • •Track engagement progress and timing, and communicate engagement status to stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate special projects, workflow/process improvement proposals, and deficiency assessments.
  • •Propose and evaluate corrective remediation plans from audit findings; engage with internal and external auditors for review, training, and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, or a related assurance function, preferably with exposure to U.S.-based companies or multinational clients.
  • •Experience performing process walkthroughs, testing internal controls, and documenting audit work using established methodologies.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand processes, discuss issues, and support remediation efforts.
  • •CPC (Contador Público Certificado), CIA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred; SOX or equivalent controls frameworks preferred.
