  • •Lead supply chain execution and strategic direction for crop nutrients supply chain initiatives across P2P and OTC workflows.
  • •Develop and implement standardized business processes and formal cross-functional training programs for current and new support staff.
  • •Implement solutions to increase automation, reduce costs to serve, and improve customer experience for customers and suppliers.
  • •Provide leadership and direction to sales, supply, and S&OP/S&OE teams on activities impacting customers and suppliers.

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • •24 months of experience with Kaizen process improvement and Lean A3 problem-solving.
  • •24 months of experience with interactive Power BI reporting and real-time data visualization.
  • •24 months of experience identifying and monitoring supply chain trends and gaps, using process flow knowledge to visualize complex systems.
  • •24 months of experience with root cause analysis and value stream mapping, including Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
