Job Summary

Build and ship features for the Reporting Platform that powers 150+ reports used daily by millions of customers. Spend about half your time hands-on delivering and designing across complex systems, and half on technical discovery, incident management, and long-term roadmap planning. Modernize legacy .NET frameworks, embed AI into reporting and the SDLC, lead incident response/on-call, and mentor senior engineers to improve engineering maturity and delivery quality.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical design and implementation for Reporting product features, balancing speed, quality, and architectural standards.
•Modernize legacy .NET frameworks by guiding safe traffic shifting and scaled updates.
•Embed AI into reporting products and improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineer experience.
•Lead incident response, participate in the on-call roster, and establish robust testing and continuous deployment strategies.
•Coach senior engineers, improve multi-quarter project planning, and foster an inclusive engineering culture.

Key Requirements

•Experience operating in high-volume, high-transaction environments (e.g., fintech, banking, major SaaS, or medtech).
•Full-stack development experience, particularly .NET/C# with React and SQL.
•Strong ability to build high-scale systems and solve complex architectural challenges.
•Bias for action with strong communication and ownership of end-to-end deliverables.
•Ability to facilitate technical discovery and align stakeholders across multi-quarter initiatives.
