Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global reconciliations and fee billing processes within Markets Operations Technology across multiple business units and geographies.
  • •Evaluate, recommend, and implement reconciliation technologies, including cloud-based solutions like AWS, TLM, and Duco.
  • •Ensure reconciliation processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and develop risk management frameworks for reconciliation operations.
  • •Oversee implementation and maintenance of reconciliation systems, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the risk management framework.
  • •Provide functional leadership, manage budgets and resources, and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and regulators.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 15 years’ experience with financial technology, with strong knowledge of relevant technology trends, ETL and DevOps ways of working.
  • •Strong technical background with exposure to AWS or other cloud-based reconciliation solutions like TLM and Duco.
  • •Proven record leading large, global teams and managing significant budgets.
  • •In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in reconciliation processes.
  • •Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage projects, and make strategic decisions, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
