Support daily hedge fund and trading operations in Fort Lauderdale, covering U.S. trading hours and early APAC workflows. Monitor operational workflows, coordinate with prime brokers and counterparties to resolve missing trade files, trade rejects, and order mismatches, and perform OMS and position reconciliations. Investigate and resolve operational breaks, partner with trading/portfolio management/technology teams, and help drive process improvements and ad hoc projects while learning market workflow.
