Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate engineering tasks and set priorities for the engineering team; supervise solutions and ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • •Provide technical mentorship and development for junior designers and engineers.
  • •Oversee the full cycle of plastic enclosure and mechanical subsystem design for consumer electronics.
  • •Develop DFH/DFM-aligned solutions considering high-volume production — molding, assembly, sealing, serviceability.
  • •Collaborate with hardware/embedded engineers, industrial designers, process engineers, QA, and production to ensure integrated product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Leadership competencies including delegation, task setting, and team development; ability to make technical decisions confidently.
  • •Strong SOLIDWORKS skills and experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA); knowledge of sheet metal and assemblies.
  • •Experience with hardware e ngineering collaboration (hardware, embedded, industrial designers, technologists, QA, procurement) and mentoring of junior engineers.
  • •Proficiency in coordinating full product design cycles for plastic enclosures and mechanical assemblies for consumer electronics; familiarity with DFH and cost considerations.
  • •Basic English (A2+) for technical documentation and cross‑functional communication; experience with PDM/ERP systems (SolidWorks PDM).
