•Execute the commercial strategy to achieve sales targets.
•Develop and implement action plans focused on new business capture.
•Maintain up-to-date CRM, IBP, and Outlook calendar/tools.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure a healthy portfolio.
•Manage allocated resources efficiently and responsibly.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the poultry and/or swine sector, in Mexico.
•Education in Agro-Negocios, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy Engineering, or related fields; Diplomado or Master’s in Marketing, Administration, Strategy, Innovation, Nutrition, Production or Health is desirable.
•Proficient in managing CRM tools, IBP, and Outlook; strong negotiation and account planning skills.
•Ability to travel as needed; willingness to work from home office when required; residence in Mexico.
•Intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
