Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic support to the Chief Customer Officer by anticipating needs and offering suggestions based on CE business and partnerships.
  • •Support VP of Customer Experience with calendar management, travel and expense coordination, and scheduling offsites and team events.
  • •Manage calendaring for internal and external CCO events and coordinate logistics for meetings and events across locations.
  • •Arrange travel plans and itineraries and manage expense reports for the CCO and Customer Excellence leadership team.
  • •Draft correspondence, liaise with internal/external leaders and partners, and assist with administrative support such as email/slack aliases, org charts, and recognition programs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • •BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience working with a senior leadership team (preferred).
  • •Comfort using Smartsheet, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google for Work, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Ability to manage highly sensitive/confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
