Job Summary

Provide direct supervision to a field service team and/or supplier relationships, setting expectations and monitoring performance against operational and data accuracy metrics. Lead analytics and data validation to reconcile financial totals tied to DWS/DLS motions, including validating and reconciling Salesforce (SFDC) IDs and ensuring correct linkage to opportunities and results. Coach and mentor team members and collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements, especially around financial tracking and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Provides direct supervision to operational/professional-level team members, aligning work with operational and project objectives.
•Leads analytics and data validation to confirm accuracy of financial totals tied to DWS/DLS motions.
•Validates and reconciles Salesforce (SFDC) IDs to ensure correct linkage between opportunities and financial results.
•Sets and communicates expectations, monitors performance, ensures accountability, and reviews team outputs for operational delivery and data accuracy.
•Collaborates with leadership to drive process improvements in financial tracking, reporting accuracy, and system alignment (e.g., SFDC).

Key Requirements

•Provides direct supervision to a team of operational or professional-level team members.
•Leads analytics and data validation to research, rationalize, and confirm accuracy of financial totals associated with DWS/DLS motions.
•Performs validation and reconciliation of Salesforce (SFDC) IDs to ensure accurate linkage between opportunities and financial results.
•Identifies missing or misaligned SFDC IDs and develops appropriate justifications to ensure due credit for executed DLS motions.
•Manages a medium-sized field service team and/or supplier relationships to ensure consistent service delivery standards.
