Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for Global Accounts and local payment rail integration products.
  • •Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for collections and settlements products.
  • •Lead end-to-end payment rail integration and participation lifecycle for new global and domestic schemes.
  • •Ensure compliance, regulatory, and reconciliation standards for cross-border money movement and safeguarding are met.
  • •Collaborate across Network, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Architecture to drive operational readiness and scalable platform solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech or Financial Services focused on payments, banking, or core infrastructure products.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating with and/or participating in national bank payment schemes (SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit, and other real-time systems).
  • •Experience building or managing Virtual Account (VA) or digital IBAN/account identifier capabilities for corporate or institutional clients.
  • •Strong technical acumen to translate complex payment system requirements and integration flows for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Solid understanding of global cash management, reconciliation, settlement, and safeguarding in a B2X cross-border context.
