Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare weekly and daily production plans for designated work areas.
  • •Ensure production plans are executed and that issues are communicated and tracked.
  • •Drive customer experience by maintaining low error rates in ingredient quality, pick accuracy, and ship-out time.
  • •Monitor production plans, start times, dismissal times, and daily activities; maintain Good Manufacturing Procedures and housekeeping.
  • •Review quality/accuracy metrics, coordinate corrective & preventive actions, and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and safety practices.

Key Requirements
