Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the local manufacturing interface and focal point for customers and sales, bridging communication with manufacturing and local teams, including business requirements and factory visits.
  • •Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles to align manufacturing capacity with demand forecasts and provide inputs to demand planning.
  • •Use data analytics to troubleshoot operational issues, evaluate engineering change orders (ECOs), and lead excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory initiatives to minimize financial impact.
  • •Coordinate manufacturing partners to align capacity, quality standards, production schedules, distribution center (SLC) scorecards, contracts, and local suppliers.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and trade facilitation, including PPB requirements and HTS/NCM management, and liaise with ABINEE to monitor regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, Business Management, or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • •10+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain management, including complex regulatory environments and regional trade compliance.
  • •Proficiency in enterprise-wide supply chain systems and strong knowledge of procurement terminology (e.g., ROP execution, supply-demand reviews).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making at a senior level.
  • •Deep understanding of Brazilian regulatory frameworks (PPB, NCM) and industry association engagement (ABINEE), with English proficiency.
