Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end development and delivery of commercial office projects from concept through handover.
  • •Develop and manage development briefs, project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and business cases.
  • •Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary consultants to meet business, operational, and commercial objectives.
  • •Drive project governance, approvals, and stakeholder alignment; oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • •Oversee procurement and contractor performance, manage risks and compliance, and ensure timely delivery and smooth asset handover to operators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, design management, or construction.
  • •Experience delivering commercial office, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
  • •Middle East/GCC experience and exposure to giga-project environments (preferred).
