Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with daily incident and request management by monitoring the support backlog and updating the knowledge base while keeping CMDB data current.
  • •Support maintenance of IT equipment for meeting rooms and video conferences, including inventory management, tracking vendor deliveries, and preparing initial hardware order requests.
  • •Create and update user-focused documentation by translating technical operations updates into simple user guides and helpful knowledge articles for the IT service desk.
  • •Work closely with the IT service desk to ensure smooth communication, support a “shift-right” approach for routine troubleshooting, and monitor compliance with SLAs.
  • •Provide backup support for central workplace applications and web conferencing services, including monitoring system health dashboards and supporting the rollout of new software features.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled full-time student (d/m/w) in Computer Sciences or a comparable field.
  • •First practical experience in IT Operations is desirable.
  • •Negotiation-level German and English skills.
  • •Basic multimedia knowledge, including understanding of web and video conferencing technologies, with interest in learning ITIL practices and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
  • •Strong documentation and analysis skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts into user-friendly instructions and use data/dashboards to monitor team performance.
