Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant mechanical equipment, including monthly/annual outage work.
  • •Assign maintenance jobs, supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, and maintain records and reports.
  • •Execute work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinate with planning engineers for completion and technical matters.
  • •Help implement corrective and planned maintenance under the annual scheduled maintenance plan.
  • •Support IMS and HSE activities: hazard risk/aspect-impact assessments, legal compliance, incident/near-miss reporting, and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E) or equivalent.
  • •4–8 years of related experience (preferably 8+ years) in mechanical maintenance.
  • •Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment management system principles.
  • •Knowledge of hazard risk and aspect-impact assessment, and investigating root causes for non-conformances.
  • •Be able to use SAP as an end user and work with CMMS for maintenance execution.
