Job Summary

Lead portfolio management operational support for complex and high-risk multi-asset investment strategies, acting as a key liaison between investment management and operational teams. You will interpret investment and performance data, guide resolution of pre-trade compliance issues, review strategy-level information for reporting and committees, and represent the department on cross-functional initiatives to improve processing efficiency, scale, and risk reduction. Hybrid role with up to one day per week from home.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead ongoing operational activities for portfolio management of highly complex or high-risk investment strategies, using investment and performance data to interpret and identify solutions.
•Use significant autonomy to ensure operational readiness for new and existing investment strategies, products, separate accounts, and investment types; handle activities such as prospectus language review, guideline negotiation, and account setup guidance.
•Independently respond to ad hoc or specialized qualitative and quantitative investment-related data inquiries from internal teams, clients, consultants, prospects, and management.
•Review and interpret complex data for client meetings, marketing materials, client reporting, and internal investment committee meetings; own final materials delivered to business units and management.
•Serve as subject matter expert for cross-functional initiatives of notable risk, leading efforts to increase processing efficiency and scale, reduce risk, deliver new capabilities, and adhere to regulatory policies and mandates.
