Key Responsibilities

  • •Confirm project authorization and funding, prepare cash flow projections, and monitor financial performance.
  • •Ensure jurisdictional approvals are obtained and applicable codes and standards are met for project execution.
  • •Provide overall cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance across multiple projects from pre-construction through close-out.
  • •Manage project close-out activities, including timely completion of punch list items and warranty compliance support.
  • •Coordinate contractors, consultants, inspectors, and client representatives; administer consultant/contractor selection, scopes of work, and contract change order negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field) or equivalent related experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing multiple construction projects (including tenant fit out and MEP projects) under $2M.
  • •Experience managing A/E consultant services and construction administration, demonstrating independent decision-making.
  • •Thorough knowledge of design and construction management practices, including national/state/local codes and regulations.
  • •Ability to independently manage multiple design and construction projects and create management reports using automated project management systems.
