Key Responsibilities

  • •Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and locate pain points.
  • •Identify relevant datasets with customer problems and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into pipelines.
  • •Work with customers to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
  • •Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and impact across the partner organization.
  • •Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •English and Japanese language proficiency
  • •Willingness to travel 25–75% (location-dependent)
  • •Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus
  • •Ability to work onsite with customer analysts to identify critical questions and pain points
  • •Experience in building bespoke workflows and delivering demos/training to users and executives
