Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Maintenance teams to ensure safe and reliable site operations.
  • •Drive site performance through effective maintenance and reliability strategies (OEE, downtime, schedule adherence).
  • •Develop and implement asset care and predictive maintenance plans.
  • •Optimize maintenance processes and systems, including SAP PM.
  • •Ensure EHS and Process Safety compliance (including Permit to Work) and coach/develop the engineering team to build long-term capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a similar engineering discipline.
  • •Extensive experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability systems (SAP PM preferred).
  • •Experience delivering continuous improvement or LEAN initiatives with strong EHS and Process Safety understanding.
