Engineering Team Manager

Lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Maintenance teams at the Huntsman Advanced Materials site in Duxford to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Drive performance using maintenance and reliability strategies (including OEE, downtime, and schedule adherence), develop predictive maintenance plans, and optimize maintenance processes with SAP PM. Deliver LEAN continuous improvement initiatives, maintain EHS and process safety compliance (including Permit to Work), and coach the team to build long-term capability.
