Job Summary

Lead AI-driven quality engineering by integrating AI/ML-powered testing into test design, execution, maintenance, and defect analysis. Use LLMs and AI assistants to generate and refine test cases from requirements, reduce flakiness with visual/self-healing automation, and analyze logs/anomalies to prevent production failures. Own test coverage with risk-based, AI-assisted approaches while collaborating with product, development, UX/UI, and QA teams across web, desktop, and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion an AI-first testing culture and identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML-powered tools across test lifecycle and defect analysis.
•Use AI-assisted tools and LLMs to accelerate test authoring and generate, validate, and own test cases from requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Apply AI-driven visual testing and self-healing automation to reduce flakiness and keep suites resilient across UI changes.
•Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing; set up and evolve automation frameworks across web, desktop, and mobile.
•Diagnose CI/CD pipeline issues and perform database/log/anomaly analysis to investigate root causes and improve build/deployment workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SDET or quality engineering roles with demonstrable exposure to AI-assisted testing or tooling.
•Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and modern software testing methodologies.
•Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; ability to write, review, and debug automation code at scale.
•Hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium for UI and API testing, plus familiarity with LLMs/AI assistants and AI-powered testing tools.
