Job Summary

Work on transportation-focused architecture projects for the NY Metro Region under the supervision of a senior architect. Create architectural drawings and specifications, including renderings and presentation boards, and ensure code compliance for new construction and renovations. Conduct local and/or regional site inspections, support project coordination, and attend client meetings, helping deliver solutions for rail, bus, airports, and transportation hubs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts/Science in Architecture with a Master’s in Architecture.
•1 to 3 years of relevant post-education experience; transportation experience is a plus.
•Understanding of building codes, including NY State and NYC Building Codes.
•Knowledge of construction drawing standards.
•Solid understanding of architectural tools (AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Microstation, Adobe Creative Suite).
