Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute ESA approval processes for conventional and special manufacturing methods (e.g., milling, turning, grinding, drilling, pulling, welding, brazing, and surface treatment).
  • •Collaborate with supplier engineering teams and internal Engineering, Procurement, and Quality functions to qualify processes, assess changes, and resolve technical deviations.
  • •Manage approval schedules and resources to ensure timely, thorough, compliant validation of aviation manufacturing processes.
  • •Verify and approve technology cards, process monitoring methods, NDT techniques, and outcomes of destructive metallurgical testing.
  • •Analyze and document process stability; produce technical reports and standard work instructions; oversee engineering activities of suppliers in Poland and across Europe.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical university degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Construction and Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in quality, engineering, production, materials engineering, or within the aviation sector.
  • •Fluent Polish and English.
  • •Willingness to travel on business up to 40% of working time.
  • •Strong materials engineering knowledge and machining/special processes used for aviation turbine engine production, including experience with Pratt & Whitney ESA/related systems and procedures.
