Key Responsibilities

•Assemble large sections of current engine designs and similar assemblies using operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction.
•Verify finished work conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
•Obtain operator certification to accept/reject parts.
•Perform total preventive maintenance (TPM) to maintain machines.
•Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, programmers, and production personnel to resolve assembly problems and assist with part process development.
