•Develop and expand internal and external referral sources to grow mortgage business.
•Advise clients on mortgage loan options and other financial products using consultative selling techniques.
•Provide customer service from approval through closing, working with loan origination sources to secure and verify underwriting information.
•Maintain client relationships throughout the process.
•Advise customers on completing loan applications and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•One or more years of mortgage loan origination experience, preferably at a bank.
•NMLS license.
•Knowledge of mortgage loan products (conventional, FHA/VA, construction lending and portfolio programs).
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
