Presales Configuration Manager

Configure and produce accurate quotations and system specifications based on presales documents, customer requirements, and sales engineering inputs. Maintain deep product and interoperability knowledge, research and resolve issues from complex or custom configurations, and support consistent RFP/proposal and quoting documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product, manage scheduling for customer solutions, and interface with public safety customers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, correct quotes.
