Job Summary

Lead from the front to support store operations and help drive KPI and sales targets at adidas’ new Sylvia Park flagship concept store opening mid-July. You’ll manage, motivate, and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, analyze performance data, and ensure premium standards across visual merchandising, in-store communication, and inventory processing. You’ll also coach staff on product knowledge and brand service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Store Manager with managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
•Monitor and analyze performance data and adjust to drive commercial success.
•Effectively manage retail operations within a premium store environment.
•Serve as a role model for customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and building brand credibility.
•Coordinate execution of visual merchandising, in-store communication, and efficient inventory processing (stock-to-floor).

Key Requirements

•Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.
•Consistently lead a team to achieve budgeted sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
•Be proactive, energetic, and motivated by achievement and customer outcomes.
•Experience in retail leadership within men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
•Comfort managing premium retail operations and supporting the Store Manager across daily activities.
